Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Angeles. The specialist will manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. The role also involves enhancing employer branding strategies, maintaining personnel records, and collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
