Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Provide top-notch service to subscribers and potential subscribers while maintaining a friendly and engaging tone. Develop strong knowledge of company products, campaigns, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Resolve service or product issues by identifying solutions and ensuring prompt resolution. Safeguard customer information and uphold data confidentiality standards. Engage in active sales efforts to promote new subscriptions and prevent cancellations. Maintain high performance in service levels, call volume, and related goals. Collaborate with colleagues and seek support from managers for complex concerns. Adhere to company policies and customer service procedures at all times. Qualifications & Desired Skills Previous customer service experience, preferably in a subscription-based business model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and composure under pressure. A genuine interest in finance and investing is required; background in the field is a plus. Strong rapport‑building skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Fluency in English is essential.
