We’re currently looking for a Billing Analyst, Customer CareThe Revenue will provide customer service and help in regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers. * **Assist Customers via Calls and Chat.** Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customers regarding their billing concerns .* **Great Customer Service.** Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers* **Price Variance Calculation.** Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.* **Managing Assigned Billing Cases.** Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.To succeed in this role you must have the following:* **1-2 years** **of experience in Customer Service** oriented positions* Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focusDesired Qualifications:* **Knowledge of Billing Process:**Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices. Knowledgeable about Price Variance Calculation and capable of calculating price variances for incorrect customer billing.* **Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented:**Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.* **Customer Service and Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
