We have an ongoing hiring for Accounts Receivable - Billing Analyst for our BPO Partner in Taguig City. Work set up: Onsite (Pasay and Taguig). Work shift: Shifting. Salary: PHP 20,000 to PHP 27,000. Start date: ASAP. Headcount: 3 to 4. An AR Billing Analyst will support the client's customers to identify and resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and perform manual transaction data entries. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of improving processes, and able to build cross-functional relationships with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, supporting monthly billing processes, understanding client billing processes, driving improvements, supporting reporting, and escalating when needed. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to ensure participating customers realize intended benefits; support customer inquiries and contribute toward immediate and long-term solutions Audit billing data, provide data management and data entries Understand the client’s billing processes to guide internal stakeholders, identify defects, and drive resolution Identify and implement operational improvements and system customizations Suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal/external stakeholders Escalate issues to management as appropriate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or Finance & Accounting; experience in BPO preferred Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service Detail oriented with problem-solving skills Experience with Netsuite and/or Oracle a plus Able to attend online interviews Recruitment Process: Virtual/Online including English Proficiency Exam, Email Assessment, Operations Interview, and Client Interview.
