In this role, your mission is to deliver operational and logistical excellence that ensures high‑quality training solutions for clients. You will make a direct impact by: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to implement learning and development projects efficiently. Managing multiple training programs from end to end—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively to minimize client impact and enhance service quality. Tracking project progress, risks, and budgets to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing, project coordination, or events management role. Technical Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Soft Skills: You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Mindset: You embrace change, demonstrate personal excellence, and are committed to continuous improvement.
