Doctor of Medicine | Psychometrician | Behavioral Analyst | Recruitment Specialist/Consultant Job Description People Administration & Support Act as the central point of contact for P&C administration requests, providing generalist HR support and triaging queries. Manage the Jira board for People team requests and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and update self-service for leaders through EHUB. Provide operational support across global P&C processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes. Support HRIS systems, particularly Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare P&C reports and data insights to inform decision-making. Assist in payroll coordination and compliance with employment requirements (e.g., 201 forms). Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as needed. Actively champion and role model company values, ethics, and high standards of integrity. Embed culture and values into everyday practices and processes. Proactively share insights and initiatives that strengthen engagement as the company grows. Directly reporting to P&C Lead Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years in HR or business administration. Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in global/growth companies; Workday and agile experience a plus. Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented. High IQ/EQ with strong problem-solving and influencing skills. Collaborative team player who builds relationships easily.
