We are seeking an individual with great attention to detail and effective communication skills to accurately convey information to candidates and new hires. The Human Resources Associate role ensures that all new employees are onboarded successfully and that all essential paperwork is completed accurately and on time. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to multi -task. YYou will directly support the HR Assistant in day -to -day human resource tasks, from hiring coordination to employee documentation. This full -time position requires day hours from Monday -Friday, and includes on -the -job training with competitive wage compensation. Schedule interviews, email candidates for follow up, and assessment requestsGenerate disciplinary action documents for HR Assistant approvalManage disciplinary trackers and advise HR Assistant of upcoming deadlinesManage employee HR files and keep up to dateAssist with new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed. Help monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee records when needed.Draft and send internal HR communications such as memos, announcements, and remindersCompile daily HR activities and provide an End -of -Day report to the HR Assistant. RequirementsExcellent oral and written English Proven ability to manage hiring and interview scheduling, including sending follow -up communication and assessment requests.Experience with document creation and maintaining organized disciplinary action records.Strong organizational skills for managing employee HR files and ensuring they are up -to -date.Excellent time management and attention to detail to track deadlines and provide timely updates.Ability to assist with new hire orientation and provide a positive onboarding experience.Effective written communication skills to compile and present daily activity reportsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Knowledge of basic labor laws, onboarding processes, and HR documentation is an advantage.Must be proactive, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
