Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience) At least 2-4 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking. Experience handling self-employed clients, including income verification and servicing. Knowledge of living expenses analysis and financial assessment. With solid experience using ApplyOnline. Experience with the end-to-end Mortgage Loan Process. A keen sense of organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research skills. Amenable working onsite in our office at Cbloc, IT Park, Cebu City. Tasks and Responsibilities Assist brokers in managing applications, from initial assessment to final approval. Accurately input financial details, ensuring no decimal is out of place. Navigate the nuances of servicing self-employed clients like a pro. Analyze and verify clients’ financials to help brokers structure loans effectively.
