Finance & Compliance Officer Teamified works with top enterprises in Australia and builds remote teams in India, Philippines, and Sri Lanka. Role Summary Detail‑oriented Finance & Compliance Officer to support finance, compliance, and reporting across multiple businesses while providing administrative and HR assistance. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations: manage accounts payable/receivable, perform data entry and bank reconciliations, prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports, support monthly reporting packs. Compliance & Coordination: assist with Australian BAS, payroll, superannuation, ASIC lodgements; liaise with external accountants and tax advisors; keep accurate records and support statutory filings. HR & Operations Support: draft and update employment contracts, assist with job descriptions and HR record management, support payroll processing, prepare tenders, proposals, and customer quotes, coordinate correspondence and manage relationships with advisors. Personal & Investment Support (as needed): provide administrative assistance to the CEO in managing personal property, superannuation, and investments; review contracts and coordinate with advisors. Qualifications & Skills Background in finance/accounting, hands‑on bookkeeping and reporting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting and compliance practices; Australian accounting experience required. Experience preparing management reports. Comfortable working across HR, contracts, and administration. Strong communication skills. Attributes Flexible and proactive, willing to take on varied tasks. Detail‑oriented, accurate, reliable.
