Position

Supervisor for Employee Experience Management

Supports senior engineers and architects in designing and implementing client technology solutions. Contributes to system analysis, prototypes (PoCs), documentation, and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
  1. Solution Architecture & Design: Supports senior engineers in designing and refining technical solutions for clients, including documentation and staying updated on new tech. Ensures technical compliance in proposals by reviewing requirements and preparing solution details.
  2. Onsite Inspection: Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather data for solution design. Document findings with clients and engineers to ensure compliant, optimal, and risk-mitigated proposals.
  3. Product Presentations: Present products to clients and internal teams, highlighting features, benefits, and technical aspects. Prepare demos and materials, handle technical questions, and customize presentations for various audiences, while updating content and improving delivery.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior staff on strategic plans to improve department management and reach sales goals. Support quality assurance for accurate IT solutions and drive continuous improvements by optimizing processes and aligning technology with business objectives.
  5. Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead PoCs to assess solution feasibility, including setting up test environments, conducting validation, and documenting results. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, while also improving PoC methodologies.

Other responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reports when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
  • Handle projects or other initiatives assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
  • Perform pocket product trainings to team
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in IT Architecture or similar role, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in Pre-sales, implementation, post-sales or equivalent.
  3. Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Sophos Architect, NSE 4, VMware, Microsoft, etc.).
