Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide ongoing guidance and advisory support in end-to-end recruitment
- Ensure recruiting guidelines are met and best practices are executed
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Drive recruitment best practices and initiatives
- Assist the graduate recruitment team as required
- Requirements:
- 8+ years proven experience in IT recruitment (agency, in-house or RPO)
- Experience with graduate recruitment preferred
- Strong understanding of Technology and local Philippines market
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning, organization skills and ability to manage many requisitions independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and be a team player
- Passion for exceeding client expectations

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Merkle DACH Philippines
- Support cost-effective recruitment programs aligned with corporate TA guidelines
- Pre-screen prospects prior to presenting to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate TA processes (sourcing, selection, hiring)
- Conduct research and analysis on recruitment issues and provide resolutions
- Act as a Talent Advisor to practice leads and hiring managers
- Support budgeting and contribute to TA projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields
- At least 4 years of TA/recruitment experience; IT/technology focus preferred but not required
- Experience in multinational/matrix organizations
- Knowledge of Boolean and open web search techniques
- Proficient with ATS, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Soft skills:
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, self-starter, team-first attitude
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up
- Open to hybrid working arrangement (once or twice a week in the office)
