The Customer Service Assistant attends to the client's needs by receiving, investigating, and evaluating inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints.

About the role

• You will have strong emotional intelligence and a desire to resolve issues.
• Investigating and resolving customer’s queries, which may be complex in nature.
• Updating the customer regularly with their query.
• Developing an effective customer satisfaction feedback process and complaints reporting mechanism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, and related course.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and / or providing direct customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work on-site (Ortigas Pasig)
