  • Manage business and personal calendars for the CEO and senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments; anticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust as needed
  • Draft, edit, and manage communication on behalf of executives
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking, itinerary preparation, and expense reporting
  • Maintain confidential records, organize documents, and track key activities
  • Oversee administrative processes such as office supply procurement and support staff coordination
  • Perform administrative tasks including overseeing document lifecycle—drafting, version control, and distribution of executive materials—by implementing digital tools and streamlining workflows.
  • Monitor communications across channels and prioritize messages appropriately
  • Act as a liaison to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with company events and project coordination
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
  • Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day business operations and ensure alignment on executive priorities
  • Assist in developing and refining internal policies, workflows, and administrative procedures
  • Track operational metrics and executive KPIs; prepare summaries and reports for leadership
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and government stakeholders to support business operations
  • Provide support in budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for executive and office functions
  • Represent the executive office in internal meetings and follow through on assigned action items

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years in an executive or administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
