As Billing Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring smooth medical insurance processes. You also secure relevant data and permission to ensure customers receive the best aid for behavioral health and treatment services. Responsibilities- Process claims accurately and efficiently for various behavioral health services
- Review rejected claims and submit appeals as necessary
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate relevant information with clients and teammates
- Obtain authorizations from insurance payors for needed treatment services
- BPO experience (at least six months)
- Medical billing and insurance verification experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn

- Being a team player
- HMO coverage starts upon regularization. First dependent after 1 year, second after 2 years. Additional dependents can be added anytime at employees expense
- VL/SL credits upon regularization
