JOB TITLE: Client Service Officer | Onsite | Xplan / Xeppo, MyProsperity LOCATION: Cebu, Clark, Tarlac SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday ARRANGEMENT: Onsite, Full Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to support our financial advice team. This role ensures clients experience a seamless journey—from onboarding through to ongoing reviews—by managing administration, scheduling, implementation, and compliance tasks. You will be the first point of contact for client service queries, coordinate with product providers, maintain CRM data, and track obligations, allowing advisers to focus on delivering quality financial strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage client onboarding: welcome communications, meeting scheduling, document collection, and portal setup. Provide administrative support for advice preparation, including file management and engagement letters. Handle implementation tasks: form lodgement, tracking superannuation/investment/insurance applications, and liaising with providers. Maintain compliance requirements (OFA, FDS, consents, renewals) and ensure deadlines are met. Deliver proactive client communication, respond to service queries, and keep CRM records accurate. Generate reports, maintain data hygiene in CRM/SharePoint, and monitor service pipelines. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in financial planning, banking, insurance, or professional services administration (Australian market experience preferred). Strong written and verbal English communication skills. High attention to detail, disciplined with follow-ups, comfortable using structured checklists. Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams); ability to quickly learn new systems. Stable remote work setup: reliable internet, backup power, quiet workspace, webcam and headset. Experience with Australian superannuation, investment, and insurance processes highly regarded. Knowledge of FDS/consent/OFA admin or RG146 awareness (advantageous but not required). What’s in it for you?
