Overview

Accounts Administrator (Clark - Onsite)

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time | Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in end-to-end Accounts Payable function.

What you’ll do
  • Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices and check requests; sort, code, and match invoices; set invoices up for payment; enter and upload invoices into the system; track expenses and process expense reports.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments; prepare and perform check runs; post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records; reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date; resolve invoice discrepancies and issues; maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly reports; assist with month-end closing; provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures; assist in developing and implementing new procedures to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately; assist with special projects as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable function
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to render overtime as needed
