About this role The Paraplanner plays a key role in supporting financial advisers by preparing high-quality advice documents, conducting product research, and performing financial modelling. The role also ensures compliance throughout the advice process while providing administrative and technical support to the advisory team. The Paraplanner is responsible for managing client files, assisting with insurance analysis, and helping advisers deliver tailored financial strategies. We provide comprehensive initial training and ongoing support to strengthen both technical expertise and software proficiency, ensuring you are fully equipped to deliver accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA). This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within the financial planning industry. Core capabilities Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoA) & Records of Advice (RoA) Product research & comparisons (using software) Strategy formulation (adviser-directed) Financial modelling (software-based) Insurance analysis (software-based) Administrative and technical support to the financial advisers Maintain compliance standards throughout full review process File management: storing and uploading all relevant documents for the advice written to client folders (on software & on client file) Other ad hoc duties as required What's in it for you?
