This role
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for defining and implementing sales enablement strategies to improve productivity rates from our own team and external promoters teams, all of this with the purpose to directly impact the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and B2B sales enablement strategies to ensure that the internal sales and external clerks and promoter teams have access to the latest product information and competitive intelligence
- Provide sales training and coaching as support to the sales team to improve productivity and effectiveness metrics directly impacting the Sales funnel
- Measure and report key metrics such as productivity and clerk satisfaction to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that training materials and messaging are aligned with the company's brand and goals
- Work closely to the product team to understand the product on detail so you can effectively communicate innovations and solve any doubt about the product PayJoy is offering
- Work aligned to the A/B test methodology and report on sales enablement effectiveness to senior management
- Ability to travel to assist, train, and manage the onboarding of new promoters and clerks that will fuel the Sales funnel
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business Management, Communication or related field.
- Minimum of +4 years’ experience in sales enablement or revenue-oriented role such as win rate, sales cycle time, sales productivity.
- Experience in field training with commercial teams, successfully Project management Sales funnel concepts and strong organizational skills
- High capacity for organization, communication and relationships
- Instructional design skills preferred.
- Ability to coach and motivate team members to be successful in their roles.
