This roleThe Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, tools, initiatives and facilitating business information that empower our sales team to work more efficiently, identifying performance and knowledge gaps, in order to grow the business.
Responsibilities- Deliver the sales enablement products and services to all the stakeholders; work with experts in different areas/departments for training content design (content/materials for internal and external audiences).
- Design, develop and implement learning tools in different formats.
- Work with the commercial team to address knowledge gaps of clients and their staff, define action plans to increase sales productivity, and improve efficiency of the sales team, stores and clerks through training initiatives.
- Understand the different processes across the organization and participate in the design and implementation of enhancement initiatives.
- Measure the performance of internal sales areas (KPI's, KBI's, KKI's and KSI's), monitor the impact of training to correlate with results, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive actions and initiatives that unlock greater sales opportunities.
- 3-5 years experience in sales enablement, data analysis, Marketing, sales training, or sales support, with demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in these areas (e.g., sales cycle, field training, design skills, sales productivity).
- Intermediate level in SQL and data-visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, synthesis skills and ability to lead group meetings in-person or virtual.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering impact.
- Desirable analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
