Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Enablement Lead to join Pioneer client development and sales organization. This role is critical to the success of our sales team and our practice leadership, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, data integrity, reporting, and supporting our sales enablement initiatives, including events.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organization skills with a passion for optimizing processes.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, must align with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST), Mon-Fri.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Administration & Data Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the Pioneer CRM system (HubSpot), overseeing user management, data entry, data cleansing, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Must be willing to learn simple configuration aspects of the Pioneer CRM.
  • Sales Process Optimization & Support: Support the Pioneer sales team with various administrative tasks, including proposal generation, contract preparation, and onboarding of new Client Development team members. Assist in the development and documentation of Pioneer sales processes, playbooks, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance Pioneer sales efficiency. Coordinate with other Pioneer departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Delivery Teams) to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc Pioneer sales reports, including pipeline analysis, sales forecasts, activity metrics, and win/loss rates. Analyze Pioneer sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of presentations for Pioneer sales leadership and executive reviews. Support the creation and organization of Pioneer sales collateral, presentations, and other sales enablement materials. Assist in the onboarding and training of new Pioneer sales team members on sales tools and processes. Maintain and build an up-to-date knowledge base of Pioneer products, services, sales plays, and sales strategies.
  • Event Management Support and Post Event Lead Generation: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Pioneer sales-related events, webinars, and conferences for all Pioneer locations (e.g., client appreciation events, industry conferences, internal sales meetings). Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor communication, registration processes, and material preparation. Support post-event follow-up activities, including lead contact process, distribution, and performance tracking to close. Collaborate with the Pioneer marketing team on event promotion, post event lead activities, and attendee engagement strategies. Support outreach efforts to increase market awareness and lead generation. Identify and coordinate thought leadership opportunities, such as industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements to enhance Pioneer’s brand and credibility.
  • Sales Leads and Promotion Management Support: Leads Pioneer lead development strategy for all channels, products, and services. Experience with creative lead generation tactics. Assist in the coordination and tracking of Pioneer sales promotions, special offers, and incentive programs for clients or sales teams. Ensure Pioneer sales promotions and campaigns are properly communicated, implemented, and tracked within the CRM and all digital channels. Support the analysis of promotion effectiveness and gather feedback for future initiatives. Work with Pioneer Practice leaders, marketing and sales teams to ensure promotional materials are available and correctly used. Assist the Pioneer Client Development and marketing teams in identifying and researching potential leads and target accounts. Support data enrichment efforts to ensure lead information in the CRM is accurate and comprehensive. Track lead sources, distribution, and follow-up activities to optimize lead conversion. Provide administrative support for lead generation campaigns and outreach. Facilitates weekly company wide sales meetings and formal activities to manage sales, revenue, and pipeline activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of working in a consultative selling environment with experience in sales operations, lead generation, sales support, or administrative role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency and experience using a CRM system, with a high preference for Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Project & task management – Ability to track, prioritize, and execute multiple sales efforts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Works effectively with practice leads, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Must have valid BIR Certificate of Registration (COR) and Official Receipts (OR) issued by the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue in order to be onboarded through our Contractor of Record platform (Rippling). These documents must be secured and submitted prior to hire.

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub spot, MailChimp, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Prior experience with event coordination or management.
  • Experience supporting sales promotional activities or campaigns.
  • Experience or interest in supporting lead generation activities, including list building or data research.
