Overview
Customer Service Specialist (Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support) - we’re looking for a Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front desk support with a warm, professional presence via telephone.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming front desk phone calls promptly and professionally
- Identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide general information about the company, services, or processes when applicable
- Maintain accurate call logs and messages
- Follow call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows
- Represent the company with a warm and helpful demeanor in all communications
- Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years)
- Will consider individuals with at least three years of supporting NA or EMEA clients in an EA role
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate company structure and team functions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment
- Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients
- Background in administrative support or executive assistance is a plus
