Overview

Customer Service Specialist (Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support) - we’re looking for a Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front desk support with a warm, professional presence via telephone.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming front desk phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Provide general information about the company, services, or processes when applicable
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages
  • Follow call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows
  • Represent the company with a warm and helpful demeanor in all communications
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years)
  • Will consider individuals with at least three years of supporting NA or EMEA clients in an EA role
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate company structure and team functions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment
Preferred
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients
  • Background in administrative support or executive assistance is a plus
