Overview We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support our US customers by providing timely, professional, and solutions-focused assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is full onsite and follows a night shift schedule to align with US business hours. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to US-based clients. Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Accurately document customer interactions in the system following company guidelines. Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably supporting international (US) customers. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems, email, and CRM platforms. Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours (between 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM start time). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a BPO or customer support role for US-based clients. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
