
Customer Service Officer

Salary: P40,000-P50,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?Skills Required:
- 3-5 yrs of experience in Customer Service
- A demonstrated passion and understanding for cooking
- Knowledge of Zendesk software
- Knowledge of SAP Business One ERP system
This role involves managing consumer enquiries and after-sales service enquiries, including:
- Product knowledge and enquiries
- Website knowledge and enquiries
- Order tracking
- Product Registration
- Setting up new macros in Zendesk
- Updating the Knowledge Centre
- Liaison with Marketing for new enquiries
- Support on setting up USB devices in the Cook Expert
- Handling phone calls from time to time
For after-sales service enquiries, responsibilities include:
- Setting up SAN (Service Authorization Number) and tracking repair machines from consumers to Service Repair Engineers
- Knowledge of main spare parts required for repairs
- Liaison with Service Repair Engineers
- Updating a tracking spreadsheet on repairs
- Booking Australia Post deliveries
- Checking Direct Freight deliveries
