Qualifications: Old Curriculum: At least High School Graduate New Curriculum: Senior High School (K-12) Graduate At least 6 months (BPO or Non-BPO) in any of the following: Financial services, collections, or back-office operations Banking, cashiering, or clerical work Law firm or legal billing Billing specialist, accountant, accounts receivable Credit or cash applications specialist Payment or revenue specialist Data analyst or encoder Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in written and verbal communication Comfortable with data entry, financial systems, and reports Willing to work on-site, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities: Process and validate financial data with accuracy and timeliness Manage account reconciliations, billing, and payment transactions Review, document, and update customer or client financial records Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and client requirements Support back-office operations by generating reports and maintaining records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies Contribute to meeting productivity and quality standards Why Apply through us?
