GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To create and implement service support policies and functions for business units of the department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate of Master in Business Administration or equivalent work experience/management skills

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in managerial position

Knowledge:

  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Sufficient knowledge of regulations of BSP and international regulatory entities governing remittance operations
  • Extensive administrative experience and knowledge of company policies

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Computer Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Excellent analytical and decision making skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee implementation and adoption of diverse service policies and procedures for effective support management of business units

Ensure compliance with regulations through robust management of business partnership processes and data protection

Regularly analyze and assess business policies and requirements and promote support process innovations

Oversee good governance and performance of the section via the Section Dashboard

Oversee the PPG Performance Management program, assuring regular mentoring and evaluation of associates in the section, and assuring appropriate staffing and career development
