Job Description- Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders and inventory.
- Monitor shipments and track delivery schedules.
- Analyze order data to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in order management or related clerical roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong clerical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with order management systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem-solver, and strong communicator.
