The Qualifications We Seek

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in order management or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and basic inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Your Daily Tasks

Order Management:

• Process and enter orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify order information, including quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirements.

Coordination with Teams:

• Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
• Communicate with the customer service team to update customers on order status, delays, or issues.

Documentation and Records:

• Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure orders comply with regulatory standards.

Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, product shortages, or delays.
• Escalate issues as necessary and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

System Management:

• Use order management software or ERP systems to track orders, manage data, and generate reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and update records as required.

Customer Communication:

• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery times, and product availability.
• Provide courteous and efficient support to internal and external customers.
