Job Description Lead and manage the overall Policy Servicing organization, ensuring operational excellence across policy issuance, amendments, reinstatements, and terminations. Drive performance across servicing functions to meet or exceed turnaround times, service quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient end‑to‑end policy management. Partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance functions to ensure servicing processes align with product requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards. Identify opportunities to digitize and automate policy servicing workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. Strengthen governance, control frameworks, and audit readiness to maintain data integrity and minimize operational risk. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on process streamlining, performance optimization, and service innovation. Collaborate with Distribution and Customer Service teams to resolve policyholder concerns promptly and ensure consistent communication. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer centricity. Act as a key partner to the COO and Operations leadership team in shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering transformation outcomes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in insurance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing policy servicing, underwriting, or claims. Strong understanding of life insurance products, policy administration systems, and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines. Proven track record in process optimization, digital transformation, and operational governance. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strategic and hands‑on leader, capable of driving both vision and execution in a complex, regulated environment.
