Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day corporate actions operations
  • Manage class actions from initiation to resolution
  • Collaborate across global teams to enhance service delivery
  • Drive strategic, tech-enabled change initiatives
  • Manage performance, controls, and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • 12+ years in Financial Services/Operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
  • Background in Wealth or Investment Banking Operations
  • Experience in tech-driven transformation (Alteryx, Tableau, etc. a plus)
  • MBA/Postgrad degree preferred
