Head of Public Relations

UNIQLO Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and manage public relations programs
  • Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives
  • Help in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials
  • Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits
  • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand
  • Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
  • Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
  • Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Produce content for various speeches, events
  • Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
Sustainability
  • Develop projects that will help communities and environment, that are aligned with the brand
  • Liaise with relevant NGOs and external bodies
  • Tell our sustainability story internally and externally, including but not limited to the press
  • Be responsible for calendar of sustainability events
  • Champion sustainability narrative and identify sustainability stories to get behind working closely with key stakeholders within the business
  • Ensure sustainability is integrated into relevant campaigns and PR messaging
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to implement sustainability measures in the business
  • Have deep sustainability knowledge, understand the key issues of the society, planet, and people, and understand how their impact
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Candidate must have project management skills with creativity
  • Brand management skills
  • Has media-related knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Has the ability to gather data, analyze, and reflect on business
  • Has the ability to modify and present in a fast and accurate manner
  • Good team player skills and who can work well with external vendors
  • Ability to anticipate and reflect in plans.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
