Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor looking to make a real impact? We're not just looking for someone to crunch numbers; we're searching for a strategic partner who will play a crucial role in ensuring financial success and future growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Oversee all aspects of tax preparation and compliance, including corporate and payroll taxes.
  • Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Stay up-to-date with new accounting regulations and tax laws.

What You'll Bring

  • A valid and active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial team members.
