JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communication Planning and Strategy Support
- Assists in the development of communication plans, strategies, content calendars and coordinated release schedules across digital, traditional and internal channels
- Aligns coordinates with internal teams to ensure priorities are consolidated and adjusts programs based on feedback and shifting business needs
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in the PR and Communication industry
2. Content Development
- Develop clear, accurate and brand-aligned content across channels (press releases, media kits, FAQs, etc.)
- Translate complex corporate, financial or technical information into accessible narratives for media, stakeholders and the public.
3. Media Outreach and Support
- Provides support in the distribution of press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
- Provides support in managing media engagements and initiatives — including requests, interviews, briefings and events, talking points, and briefings.
4. Media monitoring and social listening
- - Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment related to the organization across various media platforms.
5. Digital Communications Management
- Manage digital communications, including social media channels and corporate websites.
6. Other Duties
- Coordinate internal communications to enhance employee engagement and keep staff informed
- Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations. Preferably with prior experience in PR agency or Print media.
- Proven experience in technical writing with published portfolio, media liaison, and managing communication projects; experience in crisis communication is a plus.
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the media and PR industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
