JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of public relations strategies that enhance the company’s brand image, media presence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Requires a strong command of copywriting , public speaking , and media relations , with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to promote real estate projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Write compelling press releases, speeches, newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing content.
  • Represent the company at press events, property launches, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, media tours, and community outreach events.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in PR, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio of published content.
  • Confident public speaker with experience in media interviews, presentations, or event hosting.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and media landscape.
  • Experience with social media management and digital PR.
  • Candidate must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
