Must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate. Language proficiency: C1 and above. Certifications in Training and Development are an advantage. Minimum Skill Requirements Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent stakeholder management. Proficient in coaching and mentoring teams. Core Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) products and services. In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Skilled in identifying training needs through multiple evaluation methods. Proven ability to assess training effectiveness, measure ROI, and implement data-driven improvements. Quality Assurance (QA) & Performance Management Understanding of how training impacts quality and performance metrics. Ability to collaborate with QA and Operations to align training outcomes with business goals and compliance standards. Technical Proficiency Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Organizational & Time Management Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Behavioral Competencies Accountability and Ownership.
