Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Vendor Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. This role will manage vendor performance, ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to build collaborative, long-term vendor partnerships that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship & Performance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, foster strong and transparent relationships, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Support negotiation, review, and administration of contracts and renewals; ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and risk standards; maintain accurate records of contracts and performance reports.
• Sourcing & Procurement Support: Work with procurement and business units to identify new vendor opportunities and sourcing strategies; assist in evaluating proposals, cost structures, and service capabilities; support cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Data Management & Reporting: Track vendor spend and performance, generate reports and dashboards for management insights, and contribute to data-driven vendor recommendations.
• Procurement Operations: Create and manage purchase orders; collaborate with internal departments on forecasts and budgets; ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements; identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and negotiations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Risk & Compliance, IT, and finance to perform due diligence, manage SaaS subscriptions, and optimize renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supplier relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with vendor management systems or procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
• Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
