- Maintain accurate purchasing records, including orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier data; reconcile statements with Finance.
- Coordinate with Finance on payments to avoid disruptions in deliveries; support in audits and supplier accreditation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical procurement standards.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience; experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, FMCG, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems; ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA) is advantageous.
