Partnering with clients post‑sale to guide onboarding, setup, and long‑term success. Acting as the go‑to person for operational, performance, or staffing challenges, solving problems before they arise. Building relationships that drive growth: renewals, new roles, and deeper engagement. Collaborating closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to deliver great experiences for every client and team member. Identifying commercial opportunities by understanding clients’ business goals. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in a service‑based or client‑facing role, built strong relationships and solved complex problems. Curious mindset – you enjoy understanding how businesses work and spotting improvement opportunities. Minimum of 5 years in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a multi‑country environment. Organised and proactive – you anticipate issues and act before they become crises. Clear and confident communication across all people. A passion for connecting people, processes, and results. Commercially minded – you know great service fuels growth.
