The role Indie Campers People Business Associate-APAC, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability in your region. You will be joining our APAC regional team, reporting directly to the General Manager. What will you work on? Support full-cycle recruitment for Australia and New Zealand operations, and Manila HQ; Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of all employees; Keep employee records organized, accurate, and compliant; Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation; Handle day-to-day HR queries and admin tasks; Who are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support roles.
