We are seeking a passionate and skilled People Partner to join our team in Manila. If you are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to be a part of our journey As a People Partner at Guesty, you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by serving as a strategic partner to both employees and management. Responsibilities Employee Engagement: Increase and nurture employee engagement by developing and implementing programs and collaborating with leadership to address concerns and enhance overall workplace satisfaction. Talent Development: Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen team collaboration and communication and partner with managers to identify skill gaps, support employee development, and facilitate career growth. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues and conflicts. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to maintain a positive workplace culture. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders on strategic workforce planning. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness. HR Operations: Act as a focal point for site-specific policies, labor law issues, and People-related processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 6+ years of proven similar experience as a People Partner/HRBP in a Hi-Tech company or fast-paced global tech environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices and Philippine employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high analytical, and critical thinking. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Ability to act independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of coaching and mentoring managers. HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus. Fluent in English.
