Job Description

Opportunity: Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.

You Are Great At
  • Providing technical support, responding to case service levels, providing production support, analyzing issues, resolving issues, and notifying customers. Recreate customer issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Working cross-functionally within the organization in a team environment to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions. Submit/provide ideas for knowledge base.
  • Performing other duties and projects periodically; may require on-call and weekend rotation.
What it takes
  • Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • EDI knowledge preferred.
  • Effective English communication skills and ability to deliver technical solutions to customers who may or may not be EDI savvy.

Technical Support Representative

Postings in multiple locations: Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, and other NCR areas; Gratitude Inc. in Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, and other locations.

Overview: Our Technical Support Representatives field customer inquiries and provide solutions to create excellent customer experiences. Roles involve collaboration, cultural diversity, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Handle confidential customer information securely.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
  • Communicate appropriately and adequately with customers.
Qualifications
  • Filipino citizen or equivalent legal status.
  • Proven English oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work in various shifts.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Job types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month. Benefits include flextime, paid training, pay raise. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, shift system. Supplemental pay includes 13th month salary, bonuses, overtime, and yearly bonus. COVID-19 considerations: Always.
