Job Description The Customer Service & Administrative Assistant will support day‑to‑day operations, manage customer communications, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic problem‑solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide support Process purchase orders from sales inbox Manage product code and description reconciliation Handle stock inquiries and order status updates Provide customer service for resellers Manage administrative tasks during non‑phone hours Required Skills Excellent verbal communication in English Strong attention to detail Basic critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in email and order processing systems Ability to work 9am-6pm Sydney time Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience Familiarity with sales order processing Comfortable with multicultural communication Work Set-up Homebased Schedule 7AM-4PM Manila Time Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Outsourced by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
