Sales Development Manager – APAC Territory Lead We are seeking an experienced, APAC territory-based Sales Development Manager to lead and manage demandDrive’s projects across the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling high‑performing SDR teams to drive client success across various industries—from fast‑growing start‑ups to Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for APAC territory client programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.Develop and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.Collaborate with the VP of Client Success to design, launch, and continuously enhance SDR programs.Proactively identify client risks and opportunities to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Team Leadership and Development Recruit, onboard, and manage SDR teams across multiple APAC countries.Coach and mentor SDRs to consistently achieve KPIs and deliver high‑quality pipeline.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment focused on growth.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills‑based training sessions using internal coaching resources and AI‑driven role‑play platforms. Sales Enablement, Resource Development, and Operations Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and customized research methods to build and maintain prospect databases.Develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold‑call scripts, email cadences, and playbooks adapted to APAC cultural nuances.Collaborate with marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach strategies with client objectives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Design and implement reports and dashboards across various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with flexibility to adapt to others (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).Oversee CRM buildouts, create reporting and dashboards, and ensure integration with client processes.Generate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, showcasing proficiency in Word and Excel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing Sales Development teams, particularly within the technology or SaaS sector across diverse APAC markets. Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and scaling high‑performing SDR teams in remote, hybrid, or multi‑country APAC environments. Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with working knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in other platforms (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). Expertise in building high‑quality prospect databases using ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and region‑specific research strategies. Proven track record of developing and optimizing talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks that resonate across APAC business cultures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional APAC language skills are a plus. Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills, adaptable to APAC market nuances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for professional report preparation and client presentations. Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing client programs, identifying success areas and improvement opportunities. Experience with digital marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns supporting outbound sales is an advantage.
