About the role Make our funnel, CRM and proposals run like a machine. You’ll own CRM architecture and hygiene, lifecycle automation, reporting/forecasting, and the sales toolkit, so the team spends more time selling and less time chasing data. What you’ll do Own CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce): data model, fields, validation, lead routing, SLAs and integrations. Build lifecycle workflows (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Won/Lost), scoring and attribution . Deliver weekly pipeline, conversion and velocity dashboards (by segment, source, campaign); drive actions. Maintain forecasting hygiene with Sales: stage definitions, probabilities, next steps, and cadence. Run proposal/RFP management: templates, response library, checklists; coordinate inputs and deadlines. Implement quote/pricing templates and approval flows; maintain rate cards and commercial artefacts. Administer marketing/sales tooling (forms, tracking, consent/compliance, connections to BI). Lead enablement: onboarding checklists, playbooks, pitch materials and refresher sessions. What you’ll bring 4–8 years in RevOps/Sales Ops (B2B; services/enterprise tech a plus). Hands‑on HubSpot or Salesforce admin (workflows, fields, reports, integrations). Strong analytics and dashboarding skills (Power BI highly valued). Excellent process design, data hygiene discipline and stakeholder management. Bonus: experience with CPQ/quoting, RFP platforms, or lead-to-cash workflows. Culture add: calm, methodical and helpful, you raise the team’s reliability. Success in 6–12 months Accurate weekly forecast and a healthier funnel (conversion ↑, cycle time ↓). Proposal turnaround reduced with fewer errors and stronger compliance. High CRM completeness/adoption across Sales and Marketing. Tools we use HubSpot, Power BI , Office/Google Suite, Microsoft, DocuSign. Working arrangements & benefits PH-based; overlap 2–4 hours with UK.
