What You\'ll Do: Lead generation for real estate accounts Potential client communication Appointment setting Follow up calls Follow up emails Misc projects CRM management Close sales accounts Admin tasks What We\'re Looking For (Required Skills/Experience): Real Estate Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate concepts, terminology, market trends, property types, and the sales cycle. Sales & Marketing Principles: Knowledge of lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and customer relationship management (CRM) principles. Effective Communication Techniques: Knowledge of persuasive communication, active listening, and objection handling for both phone and email interactions. Lead Generation & Prospecting: The ability to identify and qualify potential leads using various tools and platforms. Verbal & Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for crafting clear, concise emails and engaging in professional, persuasive phone conversations. Organizational & Time Management: The skill to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently. Appointment Setting: The skill to schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: The ability to move potential clients through the sales process and close deals.
