Core Role Statement This is an end-to-end sales and business development role. You will be responsible for the entire process—from generating leads and cold calling, to converting prospects, presenting the ZZAZZ product/technology to bloggers and publishers, onboarding partners by getting ZZAZZ AI technology live and fully integrated on their platform, and retaining them for long-term growth. Ensuring successful product presentation, onboarding, and technical integration are core responsibilities of the role. Own, drive, and manage the complete sales cycle in the Asian market: sourcing and generating leads for publishers and bloggers, initiating cold calls/emails and prospecting, converting opportunities, presenting ZZAZZ AI technology, onboarding partners, integrating ZZAZZ on their platforms, and driving retention. Build and maintain a comprehensive sales funnel, including identifying and targeting high-potential websites, publishers, and bloggers, developing and nurturing a pool of prospects, and getting them fully activated on our ZZAZZ AI technology. Oversee and manage publisher and blogger relationships: develop strategic engagement plans, negotiate collaborations, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of our solutions. Present ZZAZZ product value proposition clearly and compellingly to Asian publishers and bloggers, addressing both business benefits and technical requirements. Maintain strong relationships with publishers and bloggers, analyzing market and cultural trends to enhance engagement strategies. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully onboard, integrate, and support partners. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with businesses, publishers, bloggers, and resolution professionals. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Asian digital, publishing, and blogging space, and deliver innovative solutions that address customer challenges. Develop research-driven market strategies, using intelligence from lists of high-potential publishers and bloggers. Design and execute digital communication programs (LINE, email, in-app, etc.) to influence engagement, retention, and product activation. Create comprehensive engagement, activation, and retention plans leveraging data and user insights, running regular A/B tests. Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and provide actionable, regular reports to the leadership team. Define, track, and optimize conversion funnels and engagement KPIs (CTR, DAU, MAU). Demonstrated end-to-end sales and business development experience in digital, publishing, or blogger ecosystems across multiple Asian countries (e.g. China, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, etc.). Hands-on experience with lead generation, cold calling, managing the full sales funnel, closing deals, onboarding customers, integrating technology products, and driving retention for tech or SaaS solutions. Experience launching and activating complex solutions (preferably AI, SaaS) on partner platforms. Experience in product presentations with a technical focus (to publishers/bloggers). Data-driven decision-maker; proven A/B testing and campaign optimization skills. Strong results orientation, relentless drive to achieve sales and activation targets. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese/Japanese required. Additional Asian language skills (e.g. Korean, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Tagalog) are highly preferred. Creative, empathetic, and user-centric approach for engagement and retention. Excellent interpersonal skills; highly collaborative with cross-functional teams. Experience with user research and insights. Detail-oriented, with effective written/oral communication skills. Flexible working hours to serve the Asian market.
