About the Role The Growth Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies that directly generate new revenue streams and accelerate sales growth. This role is accountable for converting marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes across our product portfolio — including the CEO Community, Digital Executive Awards, Contributor Collective, podcasts, display advertising, and other initiatives. You’ll set the marketing vision across digital content and in-person events, driving inbound leads, elevating brand awareness, and amplifying product impact. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep momentum and quality high. What You’ll Be Doing Define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Drive qualified leads for lists, content products, awards, and podcasts. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify and engage target audiences. Partner with Editorial to align content strategy with market opportunities. Optimize messaging, landing pages, and calls-to-action to maximize conversions. Promote content products across internal and external digital channels. Example campaigns: Prestige Lists: Convert high-potential applicants into paying clients. Executive of the Year Awards: Drive nominations, engagement, and brand visibility. Podcasts: Attract sponsors, guests, and grow audience reach. Executive Features: Enhance visibility, credibility, and regional impact. Create and execute new-product marketing plans aligned with revenue targets and KPIs. Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, paid media, partnerships) that generate qualified leads and commercial opportunities. Build lead-nurture workflows to warm prospects before sales handover, improving efficiency and conversion. Support the Sales team with data, insights, and collateral that translate into sponsorship, advertising, and membership revenue. Audience & Community Growth Develop initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across subscribers, community members, and event participants. Product & Brand Marketing Translate new product offerings into clear, differentiated value propositions for both audiences and commercial partners. Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and materials. Lifecycle & Performance Marketing Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain audiences. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide regular insights to leadership. Manage budgets efficiently, maximizing ROI across campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leadership, editorial, sales, and operations teams to align marketing with broader business goals. Ensure all initiatives support regional sales priorities and revenue growth. Collaborate with the Events Director and Sales leads on global city events to ensure measurable impact and ROI. Share insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and client engagement to enhance sales effectiveness. Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators. Establish feedback loops to continuously refine lead targeting and campaign performance. High level of English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a revenue-focused or commercial role (preferably in media, publishing, or digital content). Proven experience partnering with sales and driving independent marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and buyer journeys. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media tools). Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
