Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front office operations and staff management.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service excellence.
  • Manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth hotel functioning.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor front office staff for optimal performance.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Candidate must be willing to relocate in Candelaria, Zambales
