GRRI: Marketing Engagement Associate (Cavite) Job Objective / Purpose The Project Engagement Officer (aka Community/Marketing Engagement Associate) oversees event engagement, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures all project deliverables are met. Builds and maintains strong relationships with community members, service and delivery agencies, and stakeholder groups. This role will be hired under Global Reliance Renal Care, Inc. (GRRI)—a subsidiary of Reliance United. Background And Qualifications Graduate of Marketing or any related course Strong customer service management skills A medical background is an advantage Collaborative and works well in a team setting Attention to detail Strong coordination skills Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in Cavite Areas with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City Duties and Responsibilities Doctor Engagement Promote GRRI dialysis services to doctors by regular visits Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors by creating a regular MD event Community Engagement Develop, manage, facilitate and deliver community programs for targeted client groups with a focus on renal awareness Attend administrative matters pertaining to community engagement projects, including day‑to‑day operational matters such as correspondence, budget and record management of the events Patient and Relative Engagement Ensure the highest level of clinical and nonclinical service delivery Cover all patients and patients’ relative programs Originate and execute patient experience programs, including patient initiatives Work with the Facility Team to ensure patient, relative and employee spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing Manage the budget for the patient experience program, including resources Marketing and Promotion Create marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers Perform other related duties as assigned by the Renal Manager Work Conditions Full‑time employment 8‑hour workdays, Monday through Friday Primarily on‑site in Cavite Renal Branches, with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand Regular interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
