Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other online platforms. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and reach target audience effectively. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools. Social Media Management Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media channels. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Content Creation & Management Support the development of marketing materials, including graphics, blog posts, videos, newsletters, and infographics. Ensure content aligns with brand identity, tone, and messaging guidelines. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members for campaign executions. SEO and Website Optimization Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic ranking. Coordinate with web developers to ensure website content is optimized for search engines. Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Email Marketing Assist in designing and managing email campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot. Build and maintain subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future campaigns. Analytics and Reporting Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, etc.). Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights. Present findings to the Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Lead. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals. Assist in brainstorming and developing new marketing initiatives and promotional ideas. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internship experience may be considered). Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
