The Marketing Content Associate is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content that drives customer engagement, strengthens brand presence, and supports sales initiatives across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role involves coordinating with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that content aligns with brand identity and effectively communicates product value to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Write, edit, and proofread product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and website content.
Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to produce engaging visuals, videos, and digital assets.
Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with e-commerce platform requirements.
Manage and update product listings across online marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
Track and analyze content performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) to improve effectiveness.
Support social media and influencer marketing initiatives through content coordination and scheduling.
Maintain brand voice, consistency, and accuracy across all content.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify content trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, customer service) to align messaging with business goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of social media marketing and email marketing tools.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
